Early Years Practitioner

Our job role as early years practitioners in sunflowers is to oversee the overall running of the room, to make sure all other members of the team are involved with planning and decsions that are made to do with children and activities.

We also must have good relationships with the parents/carers of the children and the children themselves, and be able to pass on information to parents.

As practitioners we also must maintain the upkeep of the room and ensure that we have the correct resources for each activity.
