Our Partnerships

Lilycroft Nursery School and Farcliffe Family Centre are both deeply committed to contributing to the regeneration of Manningham, and a better future for children and their families. We began to work together in 1999, creating a forward thinking and innovative Education/Social Services partnership and establishing a playgroup, run by Nursery School staff, in the Family Centre.

In 2004 the Child Care setting was opened which now enables us to offer a high quality early years curriculum to over 191 children, from the ages of six weeks to five years between the Farcliffe site Child Care and Lilycroft Nursery School.

This then developed further in 2006 when the Children’s Centre opened. The Children's Centre brings together a range of services to meet the needs of local children of all ages and their families. To achieve this we work with many professionals including, Health Services, Social Care, Early Years Services, Jobcentre, local schools and Colleges to provide a range of health, family support, education and training to meet your individual family needs. Working together closely the Nursery School and Children’s Centre offer a wide range of groups and courses over both sites.
